## What it does
Watch a fleet of bots daily, spot the ones wasting usage, and pause or tighten them before the plan runs out.

## Who it's for
For anyone running several bots on a shared plan who has hit a usage limit mid-week and wondered which bot spent it.

## Tools
- The Mission Control template by Brian Roemmele, added from the public directory
- A list of the bots you run, so the daily rating covers the whole fleet
- Your plan reset date, so the forecast has a real endpoint

## Steps
1. Add the Mission Control template and point it at the bots you run.
2. Get the daily rating: red, yellow, or green for each bot, with a short reason for each rating.
3. Read the usage forecast against your plan reset date, and note which bots are driving the spend.
4. Pause or tighten the bots the report names, starting with red ones, before the week runs out.
5. Check the next day rating to see whether the pause or tightening actually moved the forecast.

## Copy-paste prompt
Adapt bracketed fields to your situation.
```text
Rate every bot I run today as red, yellow, or green, with a short reason for each rating. Forecast whether I will run out of plan usage before my reset date of [date], and tell me what to pause or tighten, starting with the worst offenders. Do not pause, change, or delete anything yourself. Report only, and I will act on it.
```

## Guardrails
- What it touches: Connected mail, calendar, sheets, or chat. Scoped to this job (The Mission Control template by Brian Roemmele, added from the public directory; A list of the bots you run, so the daily rating covers the whole fleet).
- Needs your OK: Send, pay, publish, and account changes stay with you. Treat agent output as drafts first.
- Safety level: Read-only
- A fleet list that misses a bot, so its usage never shows in the rating.
- A forecast read without the reset date, so it looks fine until the limit hits.
- A report read but not acted on; the rating alone does not save usage.

## Tips
- Give it the real reset date. A forecast without an endpoint is just a guess.
- Act on red first. Yellow can wait a day; red is where the week goes.
- Check the day after a pause. A rating that does not move means the wrong bot was paused.

## Estimates (labeled, not measured)
- Time saved: Not measured yet.
- Money saved: Not stated in sources.
- Tool cost: Template is free to add. Check your bot plan for usage limits.

Its Mission Control entry by Brian Roemmele says: it watches over every bot you run, each day rates every bot red, yellow, or green, forecasts whether you will run out of plan usage before the reset, and tells you what to pause or tighten.)
