Newsletter (Kit)

If you subscribe to the AI Setups That Work newsletter, you submit your email address (and any optional fields on the form) through a hosted form operated by Kit (kit.com). Kit processes that signup on our behalf so we can send the newsletter, deliver the starter pack after you confirm, and manage unsubscribes. Kit’s own privacy terms apply to data held in their service.

We use your email only for this list and related messages about the site (for example list confirmations or occasional updates about the newsletter). You can unsubscribe using the link in any email or through Kit’s preferences.

Analytics and logs

Like most websites, we receive standard technical information when you load pages. Such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamps. Our hosting provider may record this data for security, performance, and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use this information to identify you personally unless required to operate the site or respond to abuse.

Pinterest

We use Pinterest’s API to create and publish pins to our own Pinterest account that link back to setup pages on this site. That process uses credentials for our brand account only; we do not access your Pinterest account when you visit the site. Pin titles, descriptions, and destination URLs reflect public content from the site.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself does not set advertising cookies. Kit’s subscription flow or embedded assets may set cookies or similar technologies when you interact with the signup form; see Kit’s documentation for details.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
