Steps
Write your criteria: 2 or 3 target titles, pay floor, location or remote, and 3 dealbreakers.
Create a daily scheduled task with the prompt below. OpenAI documents scheduled tasks in ChatGPT as one-time or recurring, with push or email notifications.
For the first week, open every link and check the score was fair. Adjust your criteria if not.
Apply only to the shortlist; skip the rest.
Add each one you apply to into your application tracker.
Review the criteria every two weeks.

Every weekday morning, search for job posts from the last 24 hours and send me a shortlist.
Target roles: [TITLES]
Pay floor: [AMOUNT]
Location: [CITY OR REMOTE]
Dealbreakers: [e.g. no salary listed, unpaid trial work, relocation]
For each post: score 1 to 10 against my criteria and give one line why.
Drop reposts of the same job, posts older than 7 days, and posts with no company name.
Send only the top 5, each with the link. If fewer than 5 fit, send fewer. Do not apply to anything.
Tips
Specific titles beat broad ones; add the titles companies actually use.
A pay floor filters faster than anything else.
