Unit 5: Put the urgent thing first · Lesson 4 of 4 · about 6 min

Sort saved posts so the useful one leads

You saved 10 posts over 7 months and never look at them. You want the ones worth keeping, the junk flagged, and one thing to do this week.

You're practising: Getting the one useful action at the top, not buried under a list of everything you saved.

The mistake to catch: AI lists things in the order it read them, not in the order they matter.

1. Open the prompt

Open Turn your X bookmarks into a second brain with Grok Botand copy its prompt into your AI. Any AI works.

2. Give it this sample data

10 bookmarks, March to October 2026 (sample):
1-2. Two copies of the same cold-email thread
3. A meme
4-5. Two AI tool launch posts
6. A review follow-up case study
7. A storm news alert
8. A roofing pricing worked example
9. A dead link
10. A Google Business Profile update

Your task: Ask your AI to sort them into keep, day-only, skip and duplicate, flag the dead link without removing it, and put one do-this-week task at the very top.

3. Paste your AI's answer

Checked in your browser with plain rules. Your answer isn't sent or stored anywhere.
