Setups, bot templates, skills and kits

The AI library

Everything on the site in one list: 328 setups, 18 bot templates, 10 skills, 8 kits and 24 teams. Search by the job, who it's for, or the AI you use. Browsing is free. The skills pack unlocks with your email.

What these can and can't do

An AI bot with connected apps can read your inbox, calendar and files, run on a schedule, keep a list up to date, and draft replies, posts and reminders. What it can reach depends on the apps you connect and your plan. Everything in this library stops at a draft you approve: nothing sends, pays or deletes until you say so, and nothing asks for your passwords.

Researched means we checked a setup against public sources but haven't run it ourselves. Tested means we ran it. Bot templates from other creators are credited to them, and we link to their public template.

Let your own AI pick for you

Paste this into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok. It reads our full catalog, asks you 3 questions, and ranks the 5 setups that fit you, Tested ones first.

Help me pick AI setups that will save me the most time.

1. Open the catalog at https://www.aisetupsthatwork.com/setups.json. Each entry has a title, the job it does, who it is for, the tools, steps, a prompt, and a label: "tested" means it was really run, "researched" means it was checked against sources.
2. Ask me 3 short questions, one at a time: what eats most of my week, which AI and apps I already use, and how hands-on I want to be.
3. Recommend the 5 setups from the catalog that fit me best, ranked. For each: the title, one line on why it fits me, the time it could save, and its page link. Prefer "tested" setups when two are close.
4. Then walk me through the first one, step by step.

Rules: only recommend setups that are in the catalog. Don't invent setups, numbers or results. If you can't open the link, tell me and I'll paste the file.

Use the library inside your AI

Skip the copy and paste. Install the setups as Claude skills, or connect your AI to the catalog so it can look them up for you. Not sure where to start? Build your AI staff in hiring order.
