Quick answer
Here's how I'd set this up in Grok Bot (not affiliated, and not run by us yet). Each morning you get public counts for yesterday's posts and a summary of the replies. It can't see your private impressions.

What does this setup do?
Each morning you get a chat report on your public posts and replies. The counts are likes, reposts, replies, and quotes. It cannot see your private impressions.
Who is it for?
For anyone who wants a daily look at what their posts and replies did, without opening an analytics screen and guessing.
How do you set it up?
Tools
- One report bot in Grok Bot. A routine runs every morning at 7 and messages you in chat.
- Public X reads for your public posts and the public replies under them. No login required for that.
- Optional: if you connect the X plugin, it can also say who liked your posts.
- You write the replies yourself.
Steps
- Tell the bot your public handle and ask it to remember it.
- Ask for a routine: every morning at 7, report yesterday’s public posts in chat.
- The report uses public counts only: likes, reposts, replies, and quotes.
- Ask it to summarize the public replies in plain words.
- Tell it to leave impressions out.
Example output
Illustrative. Your results will differ.
- Yesterday: 2 posts
- Public counts: likes, reposts, replies, quotes
- Reply summary in a few lines
Copy-paste prompt
Adapt bracketed fields to your situation.
You are my daily X post report. My public handle is [@handle].
Every morning at 7, message me in this chat about my public posts from yesterday.
For each post you can actually read:
- link
- public counts only: likes, reposts, replies, quotes
- a short summary of the public replies
Rules:
- Do not report impressions. You cannot see my private impression numbers. If a view count is not in the public data you retrieved, leave it out.
- Do not invent numbers. If a count is missing, write "not in the public post".
- Do not post, reply, like, or send a DM.
- Caps: 25 results per call, 30 calls a minute, 1000 calls a day. If you hit a cap, stop and say so.
- If I have connected the X plugin, you may add who liked my posts. That is optional. It still does not include private impressions, and you still cannot publish.Newsletter

What usually goes wrong?
Where agents tend to stall on this job. More patterns in Where AI gets stuck.
- It can't see your private impressions. Public reads give likes, reposts, replies, and quotes. You do not have a verified way to pull the private analytics screen into this bot.

- Not in this setup. It can’t see your private impressions. You only use public counts: likes, reposts, replies, and quotes.
- How do you get a daily report of your tweets?
- You give the bot your public handle and ask for a report every morning at 7. It reads public posts and replies, then messages you in chat.
- What stats can a bot see on my X posts?
- Public ones: likes, reposts, replies, and quotes. If you connect the X plugin, it can also list who liked your posts. It cannot see private impressions.
- Can the bot reply to people for me?
- No. It can read public replies and summarize them. It cannot publish a reply. You write those yourself.
Where should you go next on this site?
What tips make it smoother?
- Give it the handle with the @ so it does not grab someone else’s posts.
- Ask for yesterday only. A month-long pull burns the daily call cap.
- Treat a blank count as missing, not as zero.
