Unit 4: Tell it the time · Lesson 2 of 2 · about 7 min

Schedule reminders that can still go out

You run a home services company. It is Sunday, Nov 1 at 6:00 PM. You send a text 24 hours before each job and another 2 hours before, but only for tagged customer jobs where the customer agreed to texts.

You're practising: Only scheduling reminders that are still in the future, and only for customers who can get them.

The mistake to catch: AI does not know what time it is, so it offers slots and reminders that have already passed.
