Common questions

Is everything really free?

Yes. All 204 setups are free: the steps, the prompts, and the sources. The newsletter is free too. The only paid item on the site is the $12 Setup Pack PDF, and the free versions of those setups stay published here.

Do I need to pay for AI tools to use these?

Usually not. Most setups run on the free tiers of Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Each setup lists what it costs to run in plain words, so you know before you start.

Which AI should I use?

Start with the one you already have. Every setup shows which assistants it works with, and you do not need a new subscription to try your first one.

Will the AI send emails or post things without my permission?

Every setup carries a safety label that says what it is allowed to do: read-only, drafts (you review and send), or acts-for-you. Only 4 of the 204 setups act on their own, and each one says so up front.

Is my data safe?

The prompts run inside your own AI account, not on our servers. As a rule for any AI tool, never paste passwords, bank logins, or other people’s private data into a prompt.

How much time does it take to set one up?

Read the steps on the setup page and plan from there. The Setup Pack still has a 7-day rollout if you want one setup a day.
